Devir (from Latin devenire, to arrive - 100x300 cm) is a diptych inspired by the survivors of the most lethal wreckage in the Mediterranean sea which happened in 2015. Imprinted on metal sheets in a metaphor for the "vile metal", money, the work addresses themes such as neo-colonialism  and the great migrations of the twenty-first century.
